Have you found your ROLEMODEL yet?

So, have you found your rolemodel?

If you have, you're going to start living and breathing like him in a couple of weeks. Hold on to that thought.

Today, I'm going to stress to you the importance of self-awareness.

Where are you in this life? Where are you heading to?

A healthy mind breeds a healthy body. It is very important that we cultivate our self on the outside. How we dress. Present our self in front of people. How we interact. It is also important to cultivate ourself on the inside. How we think. How we respond to different topics. How we see the world. Differentiation of reality to fiction.

What we say or do may not as well be so important to others as we think.

Body language is another aspect that we should have a grasp of in order to function our social skills with other prople better. This is to ensure that you pick up on other people's non verbal response instead of misunderstanding them, thus avoiding getting into an unnecessary argument. It is a skill set to be pick up by both men and women. It is but one of the many things in life for self improvement that we as adults should learn to pick up and understand. But only with a healthy mind will you be ready to be receptive and open to ideas such as these. A closed mind with a full cup, will always end up in life's vicious cycles back and forth.

How do we obtain a healthy mind? Is it possible if we just THINK it?

Nope.

It is through exposure, sacrificing a little bit of time and conditioning will you be able to train your mind to be open to new ideas. It cannot be simply achieve by sitting at your desk. Once you get off, your mind will wander to another place. This is normal. But we can change that.

We also need to work on our confidence level. Because in order to learn something, we have to be humble and take some heat. A person with low confidence level will easily turn agitated and refuse to listen to anyone. Those are the dangers. A lot of people can say that they are very confident people. Society and media has indirectly taught us to be confident and somewhat cold in order to survive, but only on the surface. Society never taught us to be discipline and regimental in order to really build confidence from the inside.

So now we know we need a rolemodel to boost our discipline level, and a bit of time sacrifice away from friends and other commitments, in order to achieve the conditioning we need to keep the mind healthy. Then, we will be receptive to new ideas about self improvement.

If you think at this point it is too much work. Then ask yourself what have you achieve in your life and what was your main motivation that aids in your achievement at that point. Is your motivation still there, or has it changed? In any case, find your source of motivation.

There is no way around laziness. Laziness is in your face now because previously you went your way around something else. Laziness is the end of the line. Either you fight it now or you succumb to it for life.

MARCHing towards a new beginning

Good morning, comrades. How has your weekends been?

A fourth quarter has went by for the year. How many of you has transitted for the better since last year? How many of you felt the need to improve your life for the better but hasn't really gotten the plan down? How many of you chose to set aside your goals just as long you could get by the day until the next weekends arrive?

The reason for me to start this blog is to help people MOTIVATE themselves in achieving their goals quicker. In order to do that, all of us have to start somewhere. I'd like to share my experience in my daily lifestyle and some views from several others which will hopefully open some new ideas which you could use on your daily life.

The time is NOW, comrades.

If you felt that 2009 didn't went as well as it should for you and you needed a change, its still not too late to start. But what do you need the most in order to once again fuel your deepest, darkest plan that never went to light because at some point you thought it wasn't possible, or you have accepted the way that it was, or both.

Anything is possible with DISCIPLINE.

Even if you feel old, even if you have injuries, even if you're on a wheelchair. No amount of water, sand or CO2 is gonna put your fire out. Your fire has never been out. You have been living. You are just misguided. One people's problem after the other. In turn you satisfy your plight with unhealthy distractions. You lost track.

You probably lost your real rolemodels back when things were simple. You wanted to be this guy whom people really respected, but along the way the environment changes. Your rolemodels are now history. The people that take the front page are all celebrities and the media or some disaster, the real heroes not in plain sight. You lost respect for yourself. You buried that. You chose distraction over truth just to get by each day.

Rolemodels are important. They influence the way you think and the level of disipline you uphold in yourself. Discipline in turn, helps you to achieve your goals quicker.

Discipline is at its strongest, when you have a rolemodel.

Who is the first person that comes to mind?

Think of one.
